Here at Swift Cars it’s understood that plans are subject to a change, and that is why Swift’s team has come up with a Cancellation Policy that will work in your advantage.
Airport Pickups and Drop-offs
For a full refund, you may cancel an Airport Departure or and Airport Arrival 2 hours prior to pick up time.
Point to Point
When it comes to a cancelation policy for economy or SUV vehicles, you may cancel 2 hours prior to pick up in order to receive a full refund. However, you have to cancel a Limo 48 hours prior to pick up. Van pickups must be canceled 1 week before the scheduled ride, and busses 2 weeks prior to the pickup, in order to receive a full refund.
Charters rented on an hourly basis have to be cancelled 2 weeks prior a pickup for a 70% refund, while 30% is non-refundable.
If you cancel after the stated Cancelation Policy periods, you aren’t entitled to a refund.
